輸出接線方式的選擇 按PLC的輸出接線方式的不同，一般有分組式輸出和分隔式輸出兩種，分組式輸出是幾個輸出點為一組，共用一個公共端，各組之間是分隔的，可分別使用不同的電源。TRICONEX 3720而分隔式輸出的每一個輸出點有一個公共端，各輸出點之間相互隔離，每個輸出點可使用不同的電源。主要應(yīng)根據(jù)系統(tǒng)負載的電源種類的多少而定。一般整體式PLC既有分組式輸出，也有分隔式輸出。
1．輸出電流的選擇
輸出模塊的輸出電流（驅(qū)動能力）必須大于負載的額定電流。用戶應(yīng)根據(jù)實際負載電流的大小選擇模塊的輸出電流。如果實際負載電流較大，輸出模塊無法直接驅(qū)動，可增加中間放大環(huán)節(jié)。
2．同時接通的輸出點數(shù)量
選擇輸出模塊時，還應(yīng)考慮能同時接通的輸出點數(shù)量。同時接通輸出的累計電流值必須小于公共端所允許通過的電流值。如一個220V/2A的8點輸出模塊，TRICONEX 3720每個輸出點可以通過2A的電流，但輸出公共端允許通過的電流不是16A（8X2）通常要比此值小得多。一般來說，同時接通的點數(shù)不要超出同一公共端輸出點數(shù)的60％。
3．輸出的負載電流與負載類型、環(huán)境溫度等因素的關(guān)系
