雙電源自動切換開關適用于交流50/60Hz、690V及以下，額定電流自6A至1250A及以下的兩路電源(常用電源N和備用電源或發(fā)電機電源R)的供電系統(tǒng)中，因一路電源發(fā)生故障(停電、欠壓、過壓、斷相、頻率偏移)而進行電源之間的自動切換，以保證供電的可靠性和安全性，實現(xiàn)無人值守連續(xù)供電。
雙電源自動切換開關安全操作規(guī)程步驟如下：
1、當因故停電，且在較短時間內(nèi)無法恢復供電時，必須啟用備用電源。步驟：
①切除市電供電各斷路器(包括配電室控制柜各斷路器，雙電源切換箱市供電斷電器)，拉開雙投防倒送開關至自備電源一側(cè)，保持雙電源切換箱內(nèi)自備電供電斷路器處于斷開狀態(tài)。
②啟動備用電源(柴油發(fā)電機組)，待機組運轉(zhuǎn)正常時，順序閉合發(fā)電機空氣開關、自備電源控制柜內(nèi)各斷路器。
③逐個閉合電源切換箱內(nèi)各備用電源斷路器，向各負載送電。
④備用電源運行期間，操作值班人員不得離開發(fā)電機組，并根據(jù)負荷的變化及時調(diào)整電壓、廠頻率等，發(fā)現(xiàn)異常及時處理。
2、市電恢復供電時，應及時做好電源轉(zhuǎn)換工作，切斷備用電源，恢復市電供電。
步驟：
①按順序逐個斷開自備電源各斷路器，順序是：雙電源切換箱自備電源斷路器→自備電源配電柜各斷路器→發(fā)電機總開關→將雙投開關撥至市電供電一側(cè)。
②按柴油機停機步驟停機。
③按順序，從市電供電總開關至各分路開關逐個閉合各斷路器，將雙電源切換箱自市電供電斷路器置于閉合位置。
3、檢查各儀表及指示燈指示是否正常，啟動變壓器內(nèi)冷卻風扇
